Holy Trinity Lutheran Church exists because God has called, gathered, enlightened, and sanctified us by His Word and Spirit. We believe He has placed us in this community for a purpose, not to serve ourselves, but to receive His gifts and share them faithfully with others.
What follows is our best understanding of God’s calling for us at this time and in this place.
We follow Jesus Christ, the crucified and risen Lord, as His disciples.
Having first been served by Him through Word and Sacrament, we are sent to serve others in love, within our congregation, our community, and the world.
These values shape how we live together as Christ’s Church and how we hold one another accountable as we grow in faith and faithfulness.
We believe God is calling Holy Trinity Lutheran Church to be a safe haven in our community, a place where people of all ages are welcomed, cared for, and strengthened by God’s grace.
As Christ continues His work among us, we trust that He will multiply faith, deepen discipleship, and extend His mercy through us to our community and beyond.
As we look to the future, we are committed to renewal centered on Word and Sacrament, catechesis, and intentional discipleship.
We seek to faithfully discern how God is leading us, strengthening our life together, serving our neighbors, and preparing the Church for those who will come after us.
All of this we pursue not for our own sake, but:
For the glory of the Triune God who first serves us!
